Pasta White Sauce Recipe




Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp white pepper
  • 2 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1 tsp mix herbs
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Method:

  • Cook butter slightly until melted, then add flour and cook for 2 minutes on low flame but keep on stirring.
  • Now add milk and stock and keep stirring.
  • Add all other ingredients and cook until the cheese melts and the sauce starts bubbling and you get the required consistency.
