Put all ingredients in a pot or pressure cooker and add some water that is enough to tender the meat.
Cook it until the meat is tender. In pressure cooker beef takes almost 20-25 minutes to get tender, but it may take a little longer, depends on how fresh the meat is.
When meat is tender, remove the lid, add green chillies and cook on high flame until oil comes on top.
Dish out and sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves.
