Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1 kg
- Cheese 1 cup
- Chicken breast
- (boiled with salt and garlic, and shredded) 1 cup
- salt to taste
- White pepper powder to taste
For Coating:
- Maida/All purpose flour
- Eggs 2
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder 2 tsp
- Breadcrumbs
Method:
- Mash the potatoes.
- Add cheese, salt and white pepper and mix well.
- Take a small amount of potatoes, put some shredded chicken in it and make balls.
- Beat the eggs with salt and chilli powder.
- Dip the potato balls in maida, then eggs, then in breadcrumbs.
- Deep fry on medium high heat till golden brown.
You can also give it some other shape, even you can skip the breadcrumbs.
To make cutlets without breadcrumbs you just have to dip in egg first then coat in flour.
