Ingredients:
- 1 kg wings
- salt
- 2 tsp fresh garlic paste
- 3 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- pinch of baking soda
- oil for frying
Method:
- Marinate chicken wings with 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp red chilli powder, vinegar and garlic paste for at least an hour.
- Add 1/2 tsp salt, baking soda, 1 tbsp red chilli powder in flour.
- Coat all marinated wings in the flour.
- Now dip the coated wings incold water and again coat in the flour.
- Deep fry the wings on medium low flame in pre-heated oil until it turns golden brown.
- Do not cook on high or very low flame.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp crushed chillies (or as per your taste)
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup chilli garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- little bit salt if needed
Method:
- Heat oil and saute garlic.
- Add crushed chillies and all other ingredients.
- Cook for a minute, add a little bit water if neended.
- Coat the wings in the sauce and serve hot.
