Hot wings recipe

Chicken wings is a versatile food which has become most popular and everyone's favourite. It can be eaten as a snack, an appetizer and even as a full meal. Its versatility is basically because of hundreds of different sauces in which the wings are coated. Here I am sharing a spicy sauce recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 1 kg wings
  • salt
  • 2 tsp fresh garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • pinch of baking soda
  • oil for frying
Method:
  • Marinate chicken wings with 2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp red chilli powder, vinegar and garlic paste for at least an hour.
  • Add 1/2 tsp salt, baking soda, 1 tbsp red chilli powder in flour.
  • Coat all marinated wings in the flour.
  • Now dip the coated wings incold water and again coat in the flour.
  • Deep fry the wings on medium low flame in pre-heated oil until it turns golden brown.
  • Do not cook on high or very low flame.

Hot wings sauce recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp crushed chillies (or as per your taste)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chilli garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • little bit salt if needed
Method:
  • Heat oil and saute garlic.
  • Add crushed chillies and all other ingredients.
  • Cook for a minute, add a little bit water if neended.
  • Coat the wings in the sauce and serve hot.
