Mix all dry ingredients in flour, then add wet ingredients and knead the dough that is not so hard nor so soft. Must leave at rest for atleast 20 minutes.
Make balls of the dough and again rest for 10 minutes.
Now roll a ball.
Put a pan (it must not be a non-stick pan) on high flame. Put the roti on pan and just after 4-5 seconds flip the pan over, roti will be stick on the pan. Now cook the roti upside down and cook over direct flame until it gets its color.
Now again flip the pan and put it on stove to cook the lower side on medium heat.
Enjoy your hot naan with gravy of your choice.
