You must have eaten Gola kababs many times in restaurants, wedding ceremonies, bar.b.q gatherings during bakra eid, and may be you have tried it at home also, but believe me the recipe I am sharing is really good and you will not regret trying this. So, here is the recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef minced
- 1 cup fried onion
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 4-5 tbsp green chillies
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp garam masala powder (all spices powder)
- 1-2 tbsp raw papaya (depends on how soft kababs you want)
- 1/4 cup oil or ghee
- coal for smoke
Method:
- Put all the ingredients in chopper and chop well.
- Give it a smoke with burned coal and oil.
- Make balls and give it the shape.
- Now fry, bake or grill on skewers.
- Serve hot with simple paratha or puri paratha, imli chutni and onion rings.
note: Making it on coal will give the best results but if you can't manage to make bar.b.q than baking is the best idea, you can make it very easily, you won't have to turn it many times, just turn one time, and kababs will be so soft.
