Here is the best crispy fried chicken roll recipe.You may name it Zingeratha, or Zinger Roll, or Crispy Chicken Roll. You may have tried it at some restaurant but now make these by yourself.
For Crispy Chicken:
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken
- (cut into small cubes) 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Buttermilk(optional) 1 cup
For Coating:
- Maida/All purpose flour 2 cups
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Baking powder 1/8 tsp
- Chinese salt (optional) 1/2 tsp
- Red pepper powder 2 tsp
Method:
- Coat the marinated chicken in flour mix.
- Dip the coated chicken in chilled water.
- Again coat in the flour and rub.
- Deep fry on medium heat until turns golden.
For Mayo Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt a pinch
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder 1 tsp
For Spicy Sauce:
- Yogurt 1/4 cup
- Termarind pulp 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Mint leaves 1/2 cup
- Green chillies 5-6
- Crushed Red Chilli 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
Assemble fried chicken, sauce and lettuce and onion if u want on Paratha and serve.
