Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg boiled potatoes
- salt to taste
- 1 cup boiled or shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp crushed red chillies
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
- oil for frying
For Coating:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup maida
- salt
Method:
- Mash the potatoes and mix all the ingredients in it, and give it shape.
- Add salt in eggs and beat well.
- Dip cutlets in maida then beaten egg.
- Shallow fry and serve with ketchup and chilli garlic sauce.
