Pizza dough


Ingredients:

  • 1 kg all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 11 gms instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup oil

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients and knead the dough with luke-warm water (make sure the water is not too hot).
  • Cover with a plastic liner.
  • Leave for 3-4 hours. It will rise almost 4 times of it's original size.
  • Your pizza dough is ready to use.
